Jewel River Cruises

The Jewel River provides with the luxury and comfort in Europe. The cruise kick started its grand opening in 2008 and is already in the race of media buzz. This cruise line was created by the former CEO of Silversea Cruises, a man named Albert Peter. There will be three brands which are Emerald River Journeys, Princess River Journeys and of course, the crown Jewel. The Jewel River brand is the most upscale of all three brands and will have only one ship.

The one ship that comprises the luxury brand will be called the Jewel Imperial Blue. You can expect the only the finest on board as this vessel is undergoing a renovation worth more than $3 million. The ship will be all suites and will offer journeys down the Seine River in France. The estimated launch date for the first journey is April 5th. The Jewel Imperial Blue will hold 90 passengers and will be an extremely high end way to travel the river. Prices and further details have not been released by the company yet but should be any day now.

According to the official company website which is only one page, a comprehensive and detailed website is set to launch very soon. In the meantime, interested parties can contact the company via email for more information about the upcoming cruises. The company states that in 2008, the six ships under the three brands will sail various parts of Europe. The most luxurious ship, the Jewel Imperial Blue, will offer such amenities like a top quality spa and plenty of co-branding with companies called luxury partners who are known all over the world.

Another piece of information found on the current website of Jewel River Cruises is that this year the five ships in the premium and contemporary brands will be chartered to European Tour Operators. Very soon, the first passengers to ever sail this cruise line will be aboard the incredible Jewel Imperial Blue.
